Senior at Gonzaga University
Fancy Zaldivar is a senior at Gonzaga University and was a participant in the Washington State University – Gonzaga University NEW Leadership Summer Institute this past July. She is currently pursuing a major in Political Science with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. While she is not in school, Fancy enjoys traveling, especially to Mexico! She also loves spending time with her family and going to church with her abuela. Fancy hopes to eventually go to law school and work for a non-profit. Fancy believe in justice for all, no matter the factors.
Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion
Holli is a passionate, life-time advocate for diversity, inclusion, and equality. In 2007 she launched The Martinez Foundation dedicated to the professional development and retention of teachers of color in Washington State’s Title 1 Schools. By 2012, Martinez Fellows had increased the diversity within the Seattle Public School teaching corps by 10%.
Holli joined T-Mobile in February 2013 as the company’s first Director of Diversity & Inclusion. Holli is passionately committed to sustaining an inclusive workplace where ALL employees can thrive. Under her leadership T-Mobile has embraced D&I initiatives across the enterprise.

Na’ah Illahee Fund
Susan Balbas, Cherokee and Yaqui Nations descendant, is the founder and Executive Director of Na’ah Illahee Fund, a Pacific Northwest women’s fund dedicated to supporting and promoting the leadership of Indigenous women and girls, focused on advancing socio-economic and environmental justice. Ms. Balbas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Teaching. Former positions include management positions in the corporate sector, and Executive Director of Native American Youth and Family Center in Portland. Learn more about Susan’s leadership.
