Sponsorship Opportunities
Partnerships enable Women's Funding Alliance (WFA) to have an even deeper impact in the lives of women and girls throughout the Puget Sound region. There are a variety of ways that individuals or companies can invest in WFA to provide justice, health and opportunity for women and girls:
Grantmaking Partner
WFA encourages corporations to use our tax benefits and grantmaking expertise to form a grantmaking partnership. WFA manages the grants programs, solicits and reviews requests, and ensures the best use of funds approved in the name of the corporation. Your company's investment in the community is done with ease. In addition, WFA will provide your company with recognition at events, in our publications and on our web site.
Workplace Giving Campaigns
WFA partners with a number of companies to receive critical operating support through workplace-giving campaigns. Workplace campaigns engage employees in philanthropy and increase WFA's ability to invest operating support in non-profit organizations serving women and girls.
Year-long Organizational Sponsorships
Each year WFA provides grant funding to local non-profit organizations that are doing extraordinary work to directly benefit women and girls in the Puget Sound region. Partnering with WFA as an Organizational Sponsor will showcase to the community your company's support and alignment with WFA's mission and values.
Event Sponsorships
Each year WFA hosts a variety of events focused on highlighting our work in the community while educating WFA donors, volunteers, and guests about how WFA can help them support women and girl-centric organizations. Examples of WFA events include:
- AMPLIFY! Raise the Volume. Up the Impact.: Thursday, November 5, 2009 from 7:30am - 9:00am at the Skybridge at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center.
- Art of Dining: Stay tuned for more details on the 18th annual Art of Dining, to be held in the Spring of 2010.
- Grantee and Donor Briefings: On a quarterly basis, WFA showcases recent grantees and invites guests to join in a dialogue to learn first-hand about the issues affecting women and girls and to learn how WFA's grant making addresses these needs.
